Service Terms

These Service Terms (the "Terms") set the rules for accessing and using the website Sensor Imitrex Nx and the AI-assisted trading platform together, the "Service", operated by Sensor Imitrex Nx Inc. ("Sensor Imitrex Nx", "we", "us" and "our"). By visiting or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
1. Who may use the service
You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally enter into these Terms. Access is unavailable where applicable law does not permit the Service.
2. Opening an account
Full use of the Service requires an account containing accurate, current and complete details. You must protect your sign-in information and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us without delay at if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or participate in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
3. Service scope and limits
Sensor Imitrex Nx offers AI-based market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis only.
- Sensor Imitrex Nx does not take custody of, hold or administer your funds. Your capital stays in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- Connections to your broker use API credentials with read-only and execution permissions. Those credentials do not permit withdrawals.
- Historical performance from a strategy or signal does not predict what may happen later.
- Trading can reduce your capital, including the possibility of losing the entire principal.
4. No investment guidance
Nothing made available through Sensor Imitrex Nx is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational tools only. Consider speaking with a suitably qualified financial adviser before making investment choices. Sensor Imitrex Nx is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and billing
Certain functions may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Applicable taxes are excluded and remain your responsibility. Plans are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first payment.
6. Permitted use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to an applicable rule or requirement.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the platform source code.
- Run scripts or other automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract Service data.
- Resell, sublicense or use any portion of the Service commercially without written permission beforehand.
- Damage, interrupt or impair the Service, its operation or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or another practice prohibited by financial rules.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
The content, code, models, algorithms, marks and confidential know-how provided through the Service belong exclusively to Sensor Imitrex Nx or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership interest to you. Use of our marks or logos requires prior written approval.
8. Warranty exclusions
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Sensor Imitrex Nx DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER DAMAGING ELEMENTS.
9. Liability limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Sensor Imitrex Nx SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SERVICE USE, EVEN IF SUCH LOSS WAS FORESEEABLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Sensor Imitrex Nx DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Your responsibility for claims
You undertake to indemnify, protect and release Sensor Imitrex Nx and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Ending access
You can close your account from its settings or by contacting . We may end or suspend access immediately after a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your permission to use the Service stops, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and resolving disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sensor Imitrex Nx, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be referred to binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also bring claims before competent courts in their local jurisdiction.
13. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material revisions will receive at least 14 days' notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
